superb stay near letzigrund stadium

tram stop city center comfortable bedding electric kettle

the location suited me perfectly near the letzigrund stadium a tram stop is right outside providing quick access to the city center. i found the room clean with comfortable bedding. the staff were very friendly and helpful . an electric kettle was available in the room a thoughtful addition.

the breakfast menu remained the same each day , made it a little monotonous.

Practical and Well-Located Stay

The hotel set up beds for my children. This was a HUGE plus. The tram station's proximity to the hotel was very convenient. A fan was also provided to circulate air. The staff members were both friendly and accommodating. That was really helpful.

Finding the reception area was difficult upon arrival. This was slightly confusing.

clean room complimentary drinks convenient location

the room with one bed and one sofa bed was sufficient for our family. i appreciated the cleanliness and the complimentary coffee and drinks. the hotel's location was quite convenient (close to a supermarket).

i noticed there was no air conditioning. we had to sleep with the window open, which let in a lot of noise from the busy street and the trams running all night (it was quite warm too).

The location met my expectations. It was acceptable.

The noise at night was a problem, I experienced my worst night here. the checkout process was odd. I had to pay again, even though the amount was already debited. an additional deposit was required.
